October 1 through 7 is Spinning and Weaving Week.  The week is sponsored by the Handweavers Guild of America and encourages spinners, weavers and guilds to celebrate and share their love of making yarn and cloth by hand.

While we don’t have a special event planned we’d like to encourage anyone interested in hand spinning to visit with us at our October guild meeting on Saturday, October 6 from 10:00 to 2:00.
